Please exclude rice from your diet. Come to vegan diet. Eat very little portions but frequently. Do fasting twice a week but during the fasting take fruit juices of orange, pineapple, melon etc. Take empty stomach wheat grass juice. Do not eat after 6 pm only fruit juice or shakes.
