My present weight is ninety kgs. Due to my sedentary life style involving studying for ten to twelve hours I tend to gain weight very fast kindly suggest diet so that I can control my weight.

Hello, Stress can sometimes lead to overeating. Manage your stress. Drink lots of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables, roasted grams, nuts when you are genuinely hungry. Do not eat simply because you are bored. Sleep well and ensure you are not overdosing yourself with lots of caffeine i.e tea/coffee.
