mouth ulcers can be due to digestion problem, sharp tooth structure, some infections and nutritional deficiency like vitamin b12 and iron.
Usually ulcers disappears after one week to 10 days. But if persists from over 20-30 days then you need to investigated properly to rule out the cause of ulcers. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine. Apply metrogel on the ulcers. Taje zevit once daily for 15 days after meal.
Kindly check for the stomach infections from your physician, any sharp edges of your teeth can cause ulcers too, you can start with cap, b-complex, once a day for one month, do lukewarm salt water rinsing of mouth thrice a day
