Avoid fast food,junk food,canned juice, fried,oily,spicy food. Your diet should b balanced. Eat more salads and fibrous food. Have fresh seasonal fruits, cereals, sea food,eggs. Drink 3 glasses of milk per day and at least one coconut water. Drink plenty of water.
