Hey. M 21 years old. My problem is m not getting sleep. I feel sleepy but when I go to bed I can not sleep. Its going on since last week. Coz of this I feel very irritate. I feel headache. I can not sleep at noon even at night till 1 or 2 am.
The problem is usually anxiety from emotional stressors. Please relax. Do meditation and regular physical exercise. Simply speaking, the present generation has more mental stress than physical stress. Mental stress disturbs sleep while physical stress enhances sleep.
