Hi,The symptoms of jaundice are: - Fever - Vomitting - Tiredness - Loss of appetite - Abdominal pain - Yellowish discolouration of the conjunctiva, tongue, nail beds, skin and urine. - Whitish stools. - Body itching - Enlargement of the liver and spleen The symptomsof tuberculosis are: - Evening rise of temparature - Cough - Chest pain - Loss of appetite - Loss of weight - Tiredness - Sputum associated with blood or blood vomitting The following are the preentive measure: - All children should compulsorily be vaccinated with BCG and Hepatitis B vaccine. - Consume nutritious and good hygienic food. -Avoid eating cut fruits and roadside food. - Drink boiled and cooled water or mineral water. - Maintain personnel hygiene - Use clean toilets. - Wash vegetables and fruits thoroughly before consuming them.
