Make a check of your fat/ muscles and water level. Make physical activity a part of your routine. Take your diet full of salad and seasonal fruits. Take breakfast/ lunch and dinner regularly. Include mid meals in between your major meals. Power yoga can also help you water intake should be minimum 10- 12 glasses/ day.
