Dear You are on right path take your diet as advised and do exercises. In addition to this you can take following homoeopathic medicines for increasing your strength 1- Alfalfa Q 2- Avena sativa Q ten drops each to be taken twice daily with some water you can consult me privately for anything more
- there could be deficiency of vit d, have to checked it yet. - avoid thoses exercises at gym which puts more stress to your knee joint. - to increase quads muscle strength you can do isometrics at home.- simply with your knee straight and back supported, place towel roll beneath your knee joint and press it till you count 30, than releive. Repeat the same for 10 times for 2- 3 times per daily .do this exercise atleast 10 days .there are more exercises which need to be done by theraband.
