Sir I intend to do weightlifting. So I started to eat chicken everyday for protein. Is this habit good or any problems arise due to eating chicken everyday.

You should maintain variation in food to ensure variety in type of proteins. Chicken is good . Besides that cheese,soy nuggets,nuts ,eggs,pulses,beans and milk are other good sources of proteins.You should include them also in yor diet.

No such problem. But ensure that you buy your chicken from good sources. Also eat boiled if possible as it kills the bacteria. Also Animal protein of any kind is highly acidic so try to balance it by eating at least 2 large servings of vegetable salads (which are highly alkaline) and it will also give your body a variety of vitamins and minerals. stay healthy, stay strong.
