Hello. Bleeding in children require proper evaluation. There can be multiple reasons for bleeding. Common one is anal fissure due to constipation or a polyp in the rectum. But we should rule out other rare causes also. She can have normal food but avoid outside food and maggi etc. Get her examined by a surgeon. For further queries consult online.
