Whitening of the teeth is possible only if you take professional help .scaling and polishing at a dental clinic will make you feel the teeth s cleaned and looking brighter .but if you really want celebrity like tooth you have to opt for bleaching treatment ,composite veneers ,crowns. Bleaching of teeth is similar to the skin bleaching .the result is not permanent .after few months it may fade .but crowns/veneers will give you the shade you want .but it will be costly .please consult a dentist nearby.

For whiter teeth .brush regularly twice daily morning and evening. Rinse after all meals. Reduce intake of tea coffee and spices that tend to change tooth colour. Get scaling and polishing of teeth done. Bleaching of teeth can be done for whiter teeth.
