I am smartphone addictive, I use 8-10 hrs of usage per day and this usage is given by an app and it is true. How to overcome this. I have to study also from internet but I only study 2 hrs from smartphone and rest 6 hours automatically passed. I also feel some increase in eye power. I have -2.5 power. Please suggest some great tips.

If you want to get rid of the internet addiction, that is very much possible. First of all, you start taking out print outs from the net and study from that instead of studying from internet. Once you do that, If you an addiction of checking your phone after every hour, set alarm for every 2 hours and only when the alarm rings, you check your phone for 5 minutes, then again set another alarm after 2 hours and check out your phone when alarm rings and repeat this process. It will be difficult to implement the plan for first two days after that it will start getting easier. After one week, you will completely get rid of the phone addiction.
