Hello, I had a cervical surgery ACDF approx 8 to 9 months ago. As I restricted to bed rest due to post operative problems such as tremors, pains, cramps n etc. So I have gained a bit weight and now I need to decrease my weight. What is the diet should I follow as I need proper nutrients through a day due weakness n all. Please suggest me a proper n healthy diet to decrease weight. My height is 6 ft.
