Dear Lybrate User , As you mentioned your condition we need to workout on both weigh & stamina , here you not mentioned your weight , so if you are underweight then keeping target of 4-5 kg gain naturally within next 5-6 month is considerable according height & weight. Gaining weight & maintaining good stamina through out is not difficult task but it involves lot of self commitment for achieving desirable target. So start with- 1.
