Feeling like there is a lump in my throat since 1-2 weeks. It gets better while eating and drinking. Too much acidity n heaviness in throat region as if there is a lump or swelling. I am really scared to even visit a doctor. What it might be?

hi. this condition is most likely GERD. prolong GERD may lead to complication like this due to acid reflux. you should go for upper gi endoscopy. apart from medications you require lifestyle modification. avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety sleep properly. drink adequate water do not lie down immediately after meals avoid heavy meals, oily and spicy food no smoking or alcohol for medications you can consult me online
