I am not able to sleep when where I go for bed. I want to sleep immediately after going to bed can anyone Help me out with this.

Try having milk with ghee and constatnt blinking of eyes will also help you to get sleep.

Difficulty in falling asleep can be due to overactive mind or anxiety. Avoid smartphone or computer use especially after 8 pm. Listen to melodious music. Yoga and meditation can help.
