I am suffering from loose motions from about a month now, I already did a 5 day course of norfloxacin tinidazole (norflox tz), consumed lactic acid (bifilac) for more than 5 days. I tried isabgol. And everything anyone recommended. I consulted dietician and physician both nothing helped. Please advise.

Dear lybrate-user, Persistent diarrhea can occur in many situations like Giardia infection, post infectious IBS, transit carbohydrates malabsorption, inflammatory bowel disease etc. Please avoid milk and fruits for one month. If no improvement contact Gastroentrologist for help.

Hello take grahini gajendra ras with water twice a day. Take chitrakadi vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. And fermented food. Take fresh buttermilk empty stomach in morning.
