Hi. I want to ask a question but I don't know how to ask it. I hope this question ll reach to the appropriate male doctor. Sir. The problem is I masturbate a lot. I don't know how to explain but slowly it became more day by day. Now. Atleast once a day I do it. I think I am addicted to it. And I have a fear that whether my sperms ll be reduced? I mean my semen discharge ll be lowered if I masturbate daily? My manliness ll be reduced? Sir I dnt know how to stop myself from masturbating. When I feel like doing it I cannot control myself. I don't know what to do. And please tell me what are the side effects of masturbating so much and how to control it. Sorry to ask such a weird question.
