I'm suffering from fever, cough and cold. Yesterday I take paracetamol tab but few hours later fever come again. Please tell me some medicine for that.

Dear Lybrate user, - Take adequate rest, - have plenty of warm fluids, water, milk, tea, coffee, soup - avoid exposure to cold weather, avoid cold fluids, spicy & fried food - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tab three times a day after food - take Syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - do steam inhalation three times a day - do cold sponging if temperature rises above 102*F - have 8-10 glasses of water to keep yourself well hydrated - have well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables to boost your immunity.
