Common cause for leg cramps is fatigue, vitamin and calcium deficiency and some medial conditions. If you are suffering with any other medical condition come back for proper guidance. Assuming that at your age and with healthy weight you do not have any other medical condition, follow the simple steps of stretching the leg (calf) muscles. Stand with front half of your feet on a step with your heels hanging off the edge. Slowly lower your heels so that they are below the level of the step. Hold for a few seconds before lifting your heels back up to the starting position. Repeat a 15-20 times morning and in the evening. Secondly when you are sitting. Sit Cross Legged either on the sofa or on the floor atleast for 15 minutes or as long as possible when ever you are in sitting posture. To overcome with the deficiency of vitamines take a glass of milk twice a day and plenty of fruits and vegetables in your food. This should give relief for your problem. If you are having any medical condition or for medicines for the cramps come back again. Good luck.
