Anti depressants have the same effect in PE as desensitizing sprays and creams but on more deeper level, and have I'll effects too much harmful as compared to them. At start the sensation is some what decreased and ejaculation is delayed but later when one gets use to it, the nerves of Penis gets permanently desensitized resulting in a untreatable impotence. I recommend you to choose the correct treatment option, and not to ruin your sexuality due to some rash concepts or articles.

1. Premature ejaculation (pe) occurs when men cannot control semen flow or have excessive sensitivity. So, before treatment, you should precisely diagnose the cause of your problem.

2. It is easily curable- but needs time. Usually most cases respond to sex therapy and exercises and using few simple tips. So, e men may need drug to cure this.
