Hello I have a pain in my abdominal area and also sometime in lower .It has severe sometime. Tender to touch. During period and after periods it occur .Sometime it goes for 2 days. Sometimes vomiting also hppn. I can't cooperate VD the pain. The amount of bleeding is normal and periods last for 5_6 days. What to do .And tell me if I go for USG .How much it cost. What is the treatment for this.

Hello- Pain might be due to any hemorrhagic cyst or inflammation in the uterus. Go for an abdominal USG empty stomach in the morning. It will cost around 500-700 bucks.

Hello, Pain during menses and post that could be a part of PMS syndrome and also could be due to endometriosis which needs to be ruled out, so please get an ultrasound pelvis done.
