Hello, The most favourable condition for a sperm to survive outside a body is either vagina or sperm collected in a controlled surroundings (as pathological labs do). The collection mentioned by you is surely not going to solve your pregnancy issue as sperm will not survive at all. If you are facing difficulties on conception, it's better that both the partners must go for basic investigations.
