I am playing badminton for 1 hour n the morning and I am going to gym in the evening. If I am going continuously for 6 days I am feeling weaker. I am 90 Kg and 19 years old. What's the reason behind it? Is it because of my weight or because of the insufficient intake of proteins, nutrients etc or any other reason?

Dietary deficiency of nutrition is one of the cause for weakness. heavy exercises also cause of weakness. so do any one either gym or play. take care of your daily food. it helps you in reducing weight loss also. avoid outside food; eat home made only. for daily diet charts you can consult with me.
