You should approach your problem in a practical way. You may need counseling and it would work in your favour. Its not a big problem. Please take the help of a doctor or counselor and soon you would be out of the situation. Cultivate the habit of doing some thing creative (or some hobby) which will help you to relax and enjoy life with its ups and down. You need to understand that every one of has to face challenges in life (your fear and anxiety are your challenges) and its normal to face failure in life. Instead of cribbing over your failures its better to learn the lessons from it and try to bounce back. Do take good care of your health and follow healthy habits.

These thoughts are not normal. You must meet with a counselor and if that person wants you to meet with a doctor please do so. You must cooperate with both therapies to get the best results. Anxiety is fear based and just because you feel no longer afraid of death, the fear will take another form. These philosophical questions come up only because you have a slightly disturbed mind from the anxiety. But if you exercise regularly, sleep well, eat well and keep yourself emotionally balanced you will face these challenges with confidence.

You seem to be having lot of anxiety about the same. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.
