I am 24 years old male & my problem is weight issue I easily gain weight but cant loose my weight why its happening any reason. I am also having hair lose problem.

As you sow, so shall you reap. Even if you eat proper food but calories are not burnt, you are bound to gain weight. So maintain negative caloric intake i. E. If you eat 2000 calories, burn at least 2200- 2500 calories. Do not starve. It will harm you. Yoga, walks, jogs, deep breathing will keep you active. Fibers and traditional snacks like roasted or sprouted grams or lentils will satisfy your itch to eat but won't add weight. If you do sincerely, you will be happier. For hair problem write history, shampoo/ soaps you use, any hereditary, exposure to pollution etc may be informed for specific response.
