Rather than pain killers she can use calcium supplements and also natural diet rich in calcium like bananas, white of an egg, milk and its products etc.

Kindly give her dhanvantaram kshsyam, 3 tsf twice a day a before meals, in half a glass of luke warm water. Take pancha tikta ghrita guggal tabs, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Anbd give some calcium supplements also like hadjod capsules, 2 caps, twice a day with a cup of warm milk, 1 hr after meals. Consult some good ayurveda physician for panchakarma. Continue the regime for 2 months. Stay in touch. Do regular massage with murivenna oil, twice a day. Good luck..
