I don't want to smoke. Can you suggest ways to stop nicotine intake. I really want to stop this addiction. Also I think due to smoking my stomach has too much acid. And I keep on farting pls suggest something for this too.

Say you smoke 3 cigarettes 6 am, 3 pm and 9 pm Decide on, by your judgement which one you like to stop and go on. It is not a one day process it may take weeks but achieve one by one.
