Hi I am 25 I am having gum bleeding from past few weeks And now the Gum's size are reducing too. Little pain in gums. I chang3d my toothpaste to sensodine total repair. And I do brush regularly twice a day. I am scared now still no effect. Help me what to do? Thanks in advance.

Hello lybrate-user. I think you have a problem of severe gingivitis (gum inflammation). No matter you brush twice daily or you use a known toothpaste, unless you follow a proper brushing technique you can not be able to remove food debris from certain areas of the mouth. So go to a dentist and get yourself a scaling .ask them the brushing technique. Your symptoms will subside. Thank you.
