Hello Doctors, My self Pankaj upadhyay 29 years old. Before four months I got injury in my right shoulder since than I feel pain in my shoulder while movement. On Doctors advice now I have got the MRI done of my Shoulder. The highlighted point in MRI is given below 1- Heterogeneous signal is seen in head of humerus at 11 O clock s/o osteochondritis. 2- Linear intensity is seen in anterior superior lip of labrum s/o grade I tear 3- Fluid is seen in subscapularis bursa 4- Linear intensity is seen in supraspinatus tendon s/o grade I tear Can Anyone tell me is there is anything serious. Is there need of surgery. please let me know the further action I should do Thanks Pankaj upadhyay.
