Hi, I am a 38 year old female with a bmi is 29. Sugar level 145 and cholesterol 250. Family history of obesity. Please suggest how do I manage my weight.

lybrate-user, to lose weight you have to include fiber, protein, & essential nutrients in your daily diet. Avoid junk, processed & packed food. Minimize oil & sugar in daily intake. Exercise regularly for 40-60 mins. Include 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables in daily diet. Almonds & walnut are good options to have in daily diet.
