Hello Doctor, I'm 21 years old and a student. I won't be able to sleep at nights properly and have a lot of jerks in between. I sometimes wake up for a bad dream also. I will be having headache almost all the time throughout the day. I sometimes wake up myself crying and during the day time as well I cry a lot of times without reason or even for a very small reason. I won't be able to concentrate on any thing and feel restless and hopeless all the time. I get too cranky, upset and tensed even for a small thing and over think a lot about it. Please help me out with this problem. Thank you.

You should be fine. The jerks are called myoclonic jerks and occur in normal people, more so as you become conscious of them. So nothing to worry about. Bad dreams, crying, loss of concentration, restlessness are all features of stress(anxiety). You tend to get angry over small things when you are in stress. All that you require is to learn to relax. If you have any problem talk about it to a person you trust. You can try meditation to get over your worrying habit.
