I am 69 year male ILD patient for last 4/5 years under treatment of pulmonary specialist. I have been prescribed pirfenidone 9 tabs daily, udiliv 300 2 tabs daily, pantop 40 and medrol 4 mg once a day. SpO2 is 93. I also have constipation problem. Can I have whiskey if yes how much quantity and how often?

Pirfenadon 1800/day is used only for IPF ILD. Mean you are a confirmed case of IPF which is a gradualy progressive disease. Better stop medrol. Can take upto 30 ml alcohol, But occasionaly only.
Please Avoid alcohol totally.

You can have 30 ML if you want.
Please avoid alcohol in any form and eat a high-fiber diet and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.
