Dear Lybrateuser, - You can do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, do moderate weight lifting at least twice in a week, do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning which will help relax your mind & body & also will bring down your heart rate
- destress yourself by reading, listening to music, following a hobby
- sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night to keep you refreshed the next day.
