Hi Lybrate user in Ayurveda anxiety, panic attacks are diagnose under manoroga, mann durbalta is major cause of these reaction. Frist you have to understand that when we face any incidence and it impact in our mind goes deep it makes a psychological impression in our unconscious mind and then a neuropathway (negative belief) is created and patient is bound to react when this pathway is activated by any incidence or thoughts process. Avoiding these situation can relieve you but until and unless you not release those negative psychic impression from your unconscious mind these reaction will not cured. So I suggest you to adopt the way of meditation so that by practice these meditation when you become able to access you unconscious mind you will be able to release those negative psychic impression, but it will need your hard work and attention for this approach any spiritually inlighted master. Till then I suggest you to use some Ayurveda tips. 1-take ashwagandha churna one gram twice a day. 2-jatamansi churna 5 gram twice a day. 3-use mahanarayan oil on your head in night. 4-use salmon omega 3 one capsule daily in morning. 5-triphala churna 5-10 gram every night. Pranayam effectively controls the mind so every day do anuloom vilom 15 minutes 3-5 times slowly when you feel anxious. Spiritual ritual are important to strength your mind (eshwar pranidhan). Chant Om mantra on agya chakra, crown chakra, throat chakra 10 minutes each everyday morning and evening. For panic attack keep your clonazepam with you for emergency in initial phase.
