hello, lybrat user, you may take the undernoteditems in breakfast, please. Banana with hot milk, or, toast with butter, soup of carrots, bit route, bottle gourd. or, oats with milk+almonds & walnuts. adding pulses, paneer, sprouts. Tk care.
