Hi you don't worry about weight loss. You should follow daily exercise and balanice diet chart. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take small meals in frequent intervals drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at the night and don't skip breakfast.
