Natural way yo increase memory power I'm btech student and not able to remember the formulas and concept which I learn please suggest some effective and natural way to increase my memory power.

Consume Brahmi juice extracted from its fresh leaves 2-3 times daily. You can keep the quantity around 1-2 teaspoons. Add a little honey for better taste. Add one and a half teaspoon of Brahmi powder in warm milk, add a little pinch of cinnamon and consume this mixture once daily for memory improvement.

Do deep breathing exercises in the morning fresh air. Do yoga, where you put your head down and legs up (careful for beginner s) eat less oily foods and things like badam and brahmi.
