Yes, you can have sex as long as it's not painful for her or it doesn't result in any sort of bleeding. Keep in mind not to exert too much pressure on her abdomen. You can use a position which is comfortable for both of you.

So it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy. But during first trimester sometimes there is risk of miscarriage because of intercourse and excessive body movement so try to avoid sex during first trimester.
