Without medicine it is little bit difficult task but not impossible. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. Avoid sweets and fat rich diet. Regularly exercise and Pranayam would certainly help you. Avoid stress and take proper sleep at night.

your lipid profile is ok except d triglycerides which slightly increased. Just add 15 min of exercise in your daily routine, it will become normal. U can do anyone of d below cycling skipping brisk walking not casual. If practically possible join a gym. Atleast go 3- 4 time per week.
