I am a hard core fan of rice. If I don't eat rice adequately, I get headache due to migraine. But rice puts on belly fat and I don't get time to exercise. Kindly help me to stay fit even when consuming rice.

You can take the brown rice to keep off your craving for rice. This is much healthier than the white rice. And there is no alternative for exercise, so plan your day with at least 30 minutes of daily exercise.
