Hi. Add more protein in your diet like sattu with milk, sprouts, pulses ,egg, milk and milk products. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. No drink before and with meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Avoid junk food and processed food. Do regular exercise.
