I am 24 year grl. Height 5'8 n weight70 kg. I exercise daily, n take very few food in a day though my weight is increasing day by day. Wht should I do to get prfct shape?

First up need to check for the thyroid problem. Then have some change in u r food pattern and check. Sudden increase in weight mainly will be due to Increase or decrease of Thyroid hormones.
