Bananas + milk. Eggs + brown toasts. apples,+ Mill,+ cheese. chapties 2+green tea. wheat breads+ curds to care.

Only rice is not a good option, it should be combined with lentils to get the complete protein along with green vegetables. Also choice of rice depends on whether you want to loose or gain weight. What I feel is you are trying to gain weight. So eat rice in the form of vegetable pulao, or top it up with a dash of ghee along with proteins and veggies. To make a balanced meal, missing out any of the macro nutrients will not give the desired result.
