Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. Rashes could be an allergic reaction or anemia or exposure to heat or intake of too much junk or proprietary foods.

Hi according to your height your wt should be 50 kg. 1o kg weight you have to loose. Apple cidar vinegar will not help you to loose weight. To gain weight eat more food more frequently.Eat 5-6 times with extra.Take banana 3-4 pcs/day.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Drink whole cream milk.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take dense vegetables fruits.Take extra refined foods with unrefined foods.Eat extra protein in diet.Add more healthy oil cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.These basic things will help you.

Towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Hey I am 24 year's old, I want to get rid from my belly fat. From being long time active in physical activity still I am not able to reduce belly fat. I had done lots of physical exercises, i.e. Cardio, weights training etc. But still belly part fat is as it is. From around 2-3 year I am regularly taking luke warm lemon juice with honey at morning time, empty stomach. Please do not take any medicines by yourself The most important aspect of any weight loss routine is diet. Even if you workout for several hours in a day, but have a bad diet, it will hamper your results. You need to include clean foods in your diet that contain lean protein, essential fatty acid as well as complex carbohydrates. Lean sources of protein include chicken, egg whites, whey and legumes. You should consume at least one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight for maintaining muscle mass, when losing weight. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises.

Hello, Have 6-7 meals a day. Increase your intake of carbs, proteins and fats. Never skip breakfast. Have fruit juices, milk smoothies, protein shakes. Eat eggs, meat, chicken, fish, daals, fresh fruits and veggies. Slowly increase your food intake. Boil 4 dates in milk and have it. Sometimes you may have to force yourself to eat. I am 66 year old and having pain in knees and legs, not getting strength much. But I do all the work, driving walking. I have no other problems. I take pain killers. Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Daily physical exercise & proper diet can help you in gaining weight. Follow these simple weight gain tips: eat nutritious & balanced food. Milk, milk products, pea nut butter helps in gaining weight. Daily exercise for 40-60 mins. Daily drink 3-4 ltrs of water. Daily sleep for 6-7 hours.

Do let me know your hba1c value? also you need to provide me your daily food intake details. You are over wt, diabetic & dyslipidemia. A bad combination for heart attack in future. Take care of your bw by eating healthy, fibrous food less quantity just to live to eat not live to eat. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

College life is different. You might need some more time to adjust to the new enviornment and new subjects, new teachers etc. It is also important to see if you have chosen the subject/stream of your choice. If you do not find the subjects interesting it will be difficult for you to score good marks. Don't compare yourself with anyone else. Do not fall under parental or peer pressure. Set your own, realistic goals and try to achieve them. Also understand that failures are part of our lives. Your failures do not make you worthless. Do not worry about what others think about you. Have faith in your abilities and keep trying consistently. All the best.

DEAR Lybrate USER. Follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 4) avoid coffee and tea…5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm …6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning…A) eat 30-40 black currants during meals…B) take 250 ml of fresh butter milk during dinner. C) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping……Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.
