hello sir take high protein and high calorie diet . take milk and milk protein . have small and frequent meals. take cold coffee, banana shake , milk with dates, egg , lean meat, sprouts. do stretching exercise alternate days.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation...

Dear lybrateuser, -The acidic foods that you should limit or avoid include, grains, sugar, dairy products like paneer, cheese, fish, processed foods, sweetened beverages, high protein foods & supplements, also limit nuts such as cashews, peanuts & walnuts, seeds such as pumpkin & sunflower seeds, salt, coffee.

What should be a diet-chart for a diabitic patient?

General guidelines: Early morning: one teaspoon of methi seeds soaked overnight in 100 ml of water is very effective in controlling diabetes. Or drink tomato juice with salt and pepper every morning on an empty stomach. Intake of 6 almonds (soaked overnight) is also helpful in keeping a check on diabetes. Breakfast: whole grains, oats, millet with high fiber vegetable/salad mid morning; apple/organe 100 gm lunch: salad 15 min before lunch dal, phulka, vgetable curry/veg soup/buttermilk evening tea/green tea/lime tea +2 fiber biscuits /roasted chana mid evening salad of mix vegetable and sprouts an hour before dinner dinner phluka 2, lauki veg, curd bed time skim milk with diet an hour of exercise is a must. And keep sipping water.

You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Take 1 glass hot milk 2. Add 2 tbsp ashwagandha powder, commonly available ayurvedic herb 3. Add 1 tsp clarified butter 4. Mix well 5. Sir, I am a bit not much healthy person could you please give a chart to reduce my weight in indian style. I go daily to walking. Is fast walking better or slow running. Please give me a detailed advice.

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Yes dear I will help you Include 5 meals, 3 main meals and 2 small meals like tea with biscuits, tea with dhokla, milk shakes, fruits,pulses chaat etc. Eat proteins in you diet.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions (samosa, kachory, aalubada, namkin etc.) sweets, cold drinks, eggs, nonveg, over eating. Take simpal veg home made food will help. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking, pranayam, cycling 10km will help to reduce weight naturally. For medicinal advice

I am 78yrs, a known case of Diabetes & BP both under control with flg Medicines till May 15 - Amryl M 1, - twice a day (one after Breakfast +1Tab after Dinner) Benitech A -1tab after breakfast only The medicines were changed by Dr. XX as below - (A) -Amryl 1mg 30minutes before Breakfast - Glycomet SR -500mg twice a day after Breakfast & dinner -Benitech A after breakfast Flg Medicines were added pl (B) Flg. Medicines were added 1st for 1mth & then continued. MONTAIR -LC 1mg (Initially has advised for 1mth only) ROZUCAR 5mg -1 -ECOSPRIN 75 Since then I am continuing above medication As per the latest Tests got done on 12.09. 15 & earlier on 24.04. 15 except for HbA1C remaining at 6.8 same on both the dates, there is marked difference in other parameters as below pl. Dear you need to completely restrict your protein intake as your urea creatinine levels are high, you should consume leached vegetables by boiling and straining, take all gourds for your veg quotient, include a renal supplement, fluid intake should equal your 24 hour urine output.
