Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent over eating and is habit of people who successfully loose weight. Drink warm water throughout the day. Increase fibre content like more of salad ,fruits, oats. Hello, The more he walks the better it is for him. Include papaya, Beetroot, pomegranate, brinjal, lauki in his diet for better results. Cut down on salt or encourage salt restricted diet. Green vegetables, beans are some healthy options. Oats do help.
