Hii I want to gain weight and I shown MD. Gen.med doctor .doctor given me tablet CAP. DPPI AND CAP BEVON and NUTIVA PRO PLUS powder to drink with milk for 60 days and I am eating tablets and drinking daily and now my weight is increased 2 kg last from 24 days so it good to continue? Tell me soon.

Hi. Thankyou for the query. The problem is that people feel just taking a medicine is enough for weight gain. Your diet is very crucial. Also it's not about eating just anything but healthy foods for weight gain. First focus on your diet only then medicines will also help. If you do not follow a good diet and exercise routine all you gain is just a puffy look and this will disappear the moment you discontinue medicines or supplements.
