Hi .i am 26 year old female. I weigh 56 kg having 4.11 ft height. I want loose my weight. I work in IT professional and no time for exercise. Though I walk 2 km daily. And my blood group is o ve and I hv weakness. Pls help me reduce weight. Suggest me a diet plan I don't eat junk food.

Avoid fast food, oily/ fried food. Do not consume Tea empty stomach in the morning. Drink warm water mixed with lemon & honey in morning. Avoid rice in dinner.

Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.� Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully. � Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.� This will keep you toned and trim. Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted.
