I am 26 years old my weight is just 47 kg. I do many things but its not increase. So, please advice me how I increase my weight.

Eat 6-7 times a day. Have extra ghee in your daals and rotis. Take stuffed paranthas with butter in breakfast. Have milk shakes and fruit juices. Have at least 3 rotis and rice in lunch. Eat green veggies and fresh fruits, nuts. Boil 4 dates in milk and have it at night. Have eggs, chicken, meat, cheese, curd.Keep yourself hydratedand stressfree.
