Hello, take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning or eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight or take 10 to 12 pieces of dates, 2 figs soaked in warm milk overnight. Sleep for 6-8 hours daily. Include protein rich food in your diet. Do regular exercise. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet.
